Joe: Did we expect more from the people who bought us free couches and
cheap suites in Caesars? Credibility? We thought this was a PRIVATELY held corporation using public loans. Tell'em Neal that we're sick and tired of all this complaining. We'll buy all your shares back at tomorrows price.

Here is a response to a question that I sent EDnet today. I asked them when does the sale to CM take place. This is their reply.

"There is no set date for the completion of this merger... we anticipate it may be complete by end of February or early March..."

If uniView Technologies Corp. has already Finalized the Agreement to Acquire San Francisco-Based EDnet, Inc., why the delays of possibly another month or two .........or more?

I would like to hear from anyone, on what is involved with a purchase like this, and the time needed to complete such a purchase after the final agreement is reached.
