Hard to speculate on the cause of the rise. I saw no listing of insider trading as of 16th. Someone else may have more recent info. I'd like to think it is in anticipation of increased spending on fiber systems this year (new phone cos). I'd love to think it is a sign of upcoming big contracts in foreign countries. Of course, I have no idea what is causing it but am glad to see some renewed interest.
