A few more notes: I called the SEC last week. They ran a complete search on Netmaster and have not heard of them. Of course. They are a non-reporting company so far. They plan to become reporting, however, no one is really quite sure when. Read the [company-originated] financials on the S&P page link and see if you can glean some hints as to when they may NEED to become reporting. Some in the past have thought Aug '98 or thereabouts -- based on when the convertible preferreds turn into common, etc. No expert in this area -- only parroting what I "think" I read before.

Like others, I have tried to contact IR and have on occasion gotten through. Info was scant and they seemed awfully hurried and sparse with info. Either spread real thin, or just not interested right now in addressing a lot of questions. More aimed perhaps at just getting the wheels rolling.

Although I'm concerned abt the press report last night on Execs Fleeing Softbank (Interactive) and Hayton and Miller being cited by the SEC and apparently by an English regulatory house, I am most worried about how the Softbank acquisition was funded: more convertibles, etc.?

Anyway, I'm cautious w/this one. Just looking for a bottom, which may not be far away. Speculative.....

Best rgds, RM
