Thank you FormerLurker for that outstanding post! I honestly don't think anyone who was not involved in the "planned coup" - the "worst crime in United States history" - ever thought it would happen. Indeed, most of us didn't think it COULD happen. But it did happen! And the lines have been drawn between those who want to save the Constitutional Republic, and those who want a Russia/China-style dictatorship. Unfortunately, the two sides are much too close to equal for us to say they can't possibly win. It all comes down to the next election. Either Donald John Trump will win or the Fascist/Communist/Socialists (actually all the same) will have all the power - probably forever.
