LOL, oxygen is dry and gives you ear aches due to the body sending moisture to the inner ear to try and compensate. In a hospital they add moisture to it but an aircraft doesn't want to haul extra weight. Then have to keep the equipment extra clean and free from mold since it's going to be breathed. If filters, then virus would be in them. What poor soul has to change that? Hope they make it out of copper to kill pathogens but again, extra weight.
