Every nation has mentally ill people of the sort shown in these stories. In a nation like China or Russia the government would take a club and smash their mouth-hole in. In the US we're completely different. We simply let mentally ill people act out in public — and apparently the only people who care about their antics all live in Africa. It's genius. . Yes, Trump is an absolute moron tyrant who will be overthrown, but that's not today.
