There are experts and there are "experts."

Experts are sober, grounded and scientific. They'll look at any and all evidence and try to eliminate bias. They tend to be humble and respectful of others, even their detractors.

"Experts" are egotistical, political and enamored with power. They only look at evidence that supports their pre-conceived notions and values. They like using their offices to lobby, legislate and rule over others. They are everyone else's "superior." In other words, they're usually leftists.

It seems to me that doctors ARE experts, so really it wasa disagreement among experts, not defying experts.


Some experts are more expert than other experts.

Or is that animals?
