Haven't heard anything either way-it sounds like it was a done deal because just the stock owned by IST was almost enought by itself to get the deal done-if I hear anything else, I'll let you know-Gerry

I called ADNV today and the phone was answered Phillips/IST-didn't get
to speak to anybody but sounds like its done-Did your method of using stocastics to buy/sell mutual funds do okay for you the last 30 days?
