You say you had "broken tests" from Obama -- the coronavirus is a new virus, so how could the tests be broken? How could President Trump prepare sufficient tests in 2017-2019 for a NEW 2020 VIRUS? (your words and Acosta's, not mine)? Are ventilators, masks, gowns, gloves and test tubes and swabs disease specific? Of course not.
