I hold equal large amount share of CPQ and DEC and I concern
about the deal. Isn's that true that if they are to convert part
of DEC's stock to CPQ, they have to lock into certain date or
set up some kind of low watermark instead of convert whatever
price on the last day ?

Stock Bull. Heavens no. I did not mean to imply that they are still looking at other things right now. CPQ's CEO said yesterday that they would still look for more cos. in the future that would fit their growth.

I think they bit off all they can chew at this point. I don't think they would be in the market for UIS or anybody else before another split. They like to keep their investors happy. gg. And who knows if some of the cos. they may be thinking of are still available when the time comes.
