This has all been discussed on the thread several times over the past six months. It was in Navieler's (or whatever his name is) news letter I belive, also. We've also discussed the Nov-Dec insider trading before. Yoshino selling 1,000 shares at 14 is like Gates selling some MSFT at 130. Most of the regulars on the thread don't require clarification on the matter. I'll speak to a friend at work who has the news letter describing ownership tommorrow. In the meantime, do some more looking around yourself. 1.2% simply isn't so.

Insiders own appoximately 18 million shares with the chairman owning
