That's an easy question to answer... The governor there is a lunatic left wing nut job, she wants the State's economy crashed down to nothing so she can blame Donald for the disaster... She needs to be fitted for a straitjacket immediately!!! GZ

if this wasnt already transparent that its not about helping anyone that should do it. there are 59 active cases there. no one has died on Kauai. to protect 700000 people they will quarantine them from 59. listen there will be no better example how perverse this is then what that gov just did
