I am unsure of accounting rules for revenue recognition for the sale of Trodelvy. I doubt it is cash basis, but rather accrued after estimating rebates. The question is when is the revenue accrued? At point of sale, day of shipment, day of billing regardless of when product is used in patient, etc.? At any rate, I do not think IMMU is waiting for a check to clear from an insurance company prior to recording revenue.
