Don't lose sight of the fact that our friends at Soros' funds DID indeed buy IAIC on the open market. The Bloomberg news stated that "some" of their 377,500 shares of IAIC were bought in the PP's which means to me that MOST of their shares were purchased at the market price like the rest of us!

I am not aware of any convertible provision here. Could you shed some light on this?
