I listened to a lot of the conference call on starwood today. it gave me a lot of confidence

What's the high level explanation as to why they do not expect lots of defaults in their mortgage holdings? STWD can be as strong as you like, if the tenant can't pay the mortgage the best mortgage REIT company in the world can't avoid book value destruction.

Just curious.
