220K traded, did I miss something. ITCO, Neil will always find a around the investor. Will I guess we can kiss this one good by. INCE, needs to get something going now, and stop lingering around the bottom of the bucket.

To All:

I am guardedly optimistic reguarding INCE. Sigma-7 is now profitable with the monies needed to expand available through the upcoming IPO. Microlink is very close with two large interconnect companies. More importunately, Paul has now assemblied a very talented management team that is motivited and focused. The sale of Cal.Tube adds additional working capital. These items and others will be addressed in his letter to stockholders due out after the 10k is posted (delayed to thus.).

ITCO is preparing to go the chapter-7 route although Paul may intervene as INCE owes 20% of ITCO. If a chapter-11 is possible and Paul can entice new management, who knows!

Terry Neild and Lance Mullins are moving on to UNDY...another BB stock...so I understand. If Paul intervenes I am sure he would not want them around in any substantive capacity. Reguardless, ITCO as it is currently configured is "dead in the water".
