My Lava Lamp spelled out the following message in Red Letters last night:

Good luck to all.

Sandie, I have resolved that the best way to handle the NMS is not to count on it. It is taking too much attention from the core. NMS will add only if the company is worth investing in long term. I believe now more than ever before that TPRO is a solid investment, I don't care if NMS comes in Jan, Feb or March, I have a long position and will only get out if any of the fundamentals change. My expectations for the 2nd quarter are a significant Gross Revenue increase over last year same quarter. In addition, I am looking for two things in order of importance: 1. A reduction of debt 2. a small but significant Y2K component. If they have small earnings or a small loss, I can live with that since they are growing at a significantly faster rate.

As far as reduction of debt, they have already retired half of what they started 97 with, leaving them with $250,000 (verify?) more each month in saved interest fees. But I am speculating that their operations costs increased in the light of Staff growth, more Y2K marketing costs as well as R&D on the UtilityY2KOne product (not released yet). The debt they have remaining is well within their debt to asset ratio requirement, so they are in good shape there, but no debt would even be better, I'll be haapy to read that they reduced it by another Million.

I believe this will be a watershed quarter for the company, and thus the Share Holders Meeting accompanied with the name change. You MM shorts: time to go long.

Regards,
JZ
