Wasn't the MCI/BT deal all but done? Also the ITT/Hilton deal? Until a deal is sealed, isn't a better offer possible? DEC stated that this deal requires shareholder approval. Shareholders sometimes consider the cash.

You have done much better than the bears who have been working shorts over the past 6 months..That should wave a flag to Hank..he should have covered at 72 went long and retired.
