I keep reading about the cash DEC has, but what about there liabilities? They have long term debt of about $743,689. They also carry what they call "postretirement and postemployment benefits" of $1,166,127. They also have a high level of inventory $1,368,436. I also read conflicting amounts for what Intel will be giving them. Some places I read $700 million and others I read $1.5 Billion. By the way, the numbers above are from DEC's latest quarterly report.
