If you want to comparision shop, look at the oz's,[shares], and XCIT is 4x a better deal, if those estimates hold up. XCIT at $160 Share?

....you are right. seek has poor management realtive to xcit and yhoo. with yhoo's high valuation, no question in my mind this is the engine to be in. looking to get back in mid to low 30's (praying a bit).
