Andrew, in a world of instant pudding, instant communication, and instant gratification we in the stock market just are not there yet.
If we were this'un would be 2 bucks..... instantly. If it happened instantly most of us would not be in it..... Cause it would have already happened. But - Then if it hit 2$ instantly, we would all sell instantly and drive it back to 30 cents. If the stock merits a rise in price and I agree it should in time, it will happen. Only thing wrong with your picture is you need to add a little time.
This is the first under 8$ stock I have took a position on in over a year, I, you, and every investor needs to be cautious--- especially in penny stocks. Good luck on your picks.
**Long and will add in 1/8pt increments as it holds its gains or I'll take my ball and go home.

Andy: Far as I can tell there are 28Mill shares in the float, another 2.5 issued for the Myriad acquisition, 100 Mill authorized; questions about net margins; reverse split is problematic(IMO);how they would qualify for Amex listing without one; structure of debt. Financials will tell the tale. Hang on.

I have no position...yet.

I see an interesting development in this release that may have been grossly misjudged by Mr. Monas in his bouyant share price projections and may well be the reason for the rather poor reception given the release.

Last spring I watched (from the sidelines thanks to a MM momentarily dropping the bid and scooping my stop order grr! grr!) while Innovo Group went from mid .20s to mid .80s on news that a group of investors was funneling $5 million into the company via stock purchases and that they were taking over operations. This was a simplified version of the deal, but you can see the effect this financing had on the company (look at the chart for jan-june 96). IMO Ira was perhaps expecting a similar reaction to this financing news... What wasn't accounted for though was that we penny investors tend to be extremely wary of overseas financing because of shady deals and shorting that we've seen in other issues... My opinion, but perhaps an explanation for todaqy's reverse movement on what should have been good news.
