Even so, New York's deaths per million is higher than every other state's. Cuomo sucks. I think any rational mind has to admit that. He's been Governor since 2011. The fact that he's done such a terrible job and his approval rating is so high is just a marketing miracle. That's evidence of a an amazing amount of spin and wishful thinking among the Democrats. Really, I promise you there must be competent Democrats somewhere. Why is it that you guys can't seem to elect a single one of them?
