I have heard actual delivery on a historical basis usually accounts for about 5%, is this accurate?

Alex, it is Friday and any update out there to how many open contracts have demanded delivery as of yesterday ? I'd like to know how short the supply will be of fulfilling all the contracts that demanded delivery. This alone could have a major impact. If I am wrong, please correct my perception of this potential situation. Do they have to buy gold on the market if the supplies in COMEX are not high enough to cover all the demanded delivery?? Thanks in advance.
