A lot of confusion in the marketplace about CRUS. A lot of people are scared about the followings:

1) Intel getting into graphic chip market.
2) Over supply in DD sector.
3) Asia potential problems.
4) Company mentioned and anaylst reduced earning estimates at least the next two quarters.

Finally, if CRUS has $7.00 a share in cash then what is the reason for them to try to sell the convertible deb. I am not sure why they need so much cash right now. Is this because of their fab agreements? I hope that they are not paying out cash for empty production lines.

Can someone check with CRUS's IR?

Sometimes the Street can't see the forest from the trees. Uncertainty breeds concern and all techs are in an uncertain environment. Quality will eventually win out. Also, this stock has only a few analysts following it.

When the market uncertainty is resolved and CRUS shows a strong balance sheet and continuing improvement in earnings the momentum should carry us forward. Buy on the dips if you can tie up the cash for the year.
