Hi Mohan - Thanks. Since one of Compaq's main strengths is asset management and ROI, I have to believe Mason and Pffeifer (and their staffs) have looked at this stuff and made a good deal. Someone else just posted regarding liabilities, that is also a good point, but on the plus side so far, if you look at what DEC is bringing to the table from a financial point of view, I'd have to say the price is looking pretty good. It's going to be up to both teams to execute now, but I have a feeling that the market will begin to see the positives here sooner rather than later. As I had mentioned before, where else can you get a premier tech company that is number one in the PC world, and rapidly gaining share in the enterprise world for 29 bucks???
