Well, then maybe you don't have a relationship with them like I do. I hear it first hand, over decades. Maybe you should have more volume and more personal interaction. Or, maybe you are special.

Oh, really?

Have you tried their “mail forwarding”? We did. From two mail boxes that were stuffed daily with first class mail, we received no more than a dozen pieces TOTAL after they were forwarded. A joke.

They do have a dreadful job but to claim it is done well is ridiculous.
