Dear Rob: I think your presumption is correct, they have accumulated for some time and finally must file when over 5%. Now as to how long a time, well those companies cant mess around with a few thousand shares. I suspect they would never acquire less than 5,000 shares in a trade maybe more. JDN

ROB L --- even a little guy cannot buy or sell more than a little of TPRO at a time. If I drop 15k--- by the time it is gone the price will drop 1/2. The price would rise that much on a buy of that size :-]. To put in a running order under 1500 makes the most sense and a couple small ones inter mixed. 15K of an issue like this could take a week or more especially when the volume is low. With volume over 450K it is much easier to dump or buy--- not large blocks then either , just a lot of then and possibly up to 7K.
