Judge Sullivan knows more than anyone about this case. He got to look at all sorts of confidential documents last year. We'll see what he has to say. But my guess is that Flynn may actually come to regret this dismissal, especially if Trump is not reelected. He got a good deal from DoJ. And I am not sure that double jeopardy will obtain if the charges are just dismissed, so he may be charged again if a different AG heads the DoJ. We'll see.
