Not sure what you mean by the question about financial or operational...

But, I expect the 10K to get published first, this week, followed by the Q's next week, bringing all financials up to date. Then I expect other news after the Q's.

I anticipate the financials will be published via BusinessWire, but am wondering if Reuters would publish them. This would seem substantial and newsworthy enough. In any event, they'll be available through Edgar.

I'm certain that news after the financials, though, will be on BusinessWire.

The reason news didn't have the expected effect was that nobody knew the news. It wasn't findable on the internet. That's why I always referred to it as "legal insider info". Same thing happens all the time with other companies whose news basically only ended up on fax lists.

Delmar's 144 filing for 5M shares is still in effect and should expire in a few weeks. It wouldn't surprise me if he filed another. He hasn't sold any of the shares and has indicated he's not in any hurry to do so; just filing the form so that the option to sell will at least exist should he decide to do so. There were 3 Form 144's filed last year for this stock, and none of the shares were ever sold.

The "insider sale" is every bit a factor today that it was two months ago. It is still possible for Delmar to sell those shares. I think if anything's different, though, it'd be that more people are aware that his filing doesn't necessarily mean he's going to sell.
