I think Xi is the best leader in modern history. He took his country from being a third rate copy cat to being the tech marvel and second largest economy in the world. When President Obama withheld our high end computer chips for their supercomputers, it took them a few months to make their own chips, put them into their new super computer and create the fastest computer in the world. No other country can do that. We all saw them build hospitals within days. Again, no other country can do it.
