UKRAINE, WHEN HIS VICE-PRESIDENT THREATENED TO WITHHOLD A BILLION DOLLAR LOAN GUARANTEE IF THAT COUNTRY'S STATE PROSECUTOR WASN'T FIRED SIMPLY BECAUSE HE WAS INVESTIGATING A COMPANY, WHERE HIS SON WAS EMPLOYED, SUSPECTED OF MONEY LAUNDERING AMERICAN TAXPAYER'S MONEY PROVIDED VIA AMERICA'S "FOREIGN AID(?)"
