Joey, Mork does NOT have to cover UNTIL all share certificates are issued. I think the Cartel will have a problem once (IF) this thing opens up for trading. Volume should be high and I would guess weak cartelers will be selling. So if you have say 95% (I'm guessing here) certed I'd be willing to bet you will lose 10% back into unknown hands. And your battle will start all over because the MM's will buy to cover, send to DTC find out they are air and will go to the broker they bought from and on and on and on. JeffG

joey: IMO (get your dictionary) LOL, you are correct. Even if all those events happened exactly as he said..who cares? People who stumble onto this situation are allowed to take advantage of it. Cool, huh? al
