Rock/All

Since your the resident bear on the board I thought you would
appreciate this.

I recieved the documents on the class action lawsuit against IOM on
the rebate programs. Of interest is the possible settlement.
All participants that bought a Zip or disks between October 31, 96
and April 30, 1997-6 months will have the right but not the obligation to receive a Gift certificate for $3.00 a piece.

Also, IOM will be liable to pick up the tab for shipping and handling
for any purchases of Zip or Zip disk.

IOM will also be liable for attorney fees of $213,000 and expenses
of $10,000.

During the 6 month time span maybe 2-4 million Zips. 15-60 million Zip
disks maybe. At $3.00 apiece this could add up fast.

Anyways I would also like to remind the participants on the board
that the Nomai court case will take place this week as well.
