Any non-profit employees let go during this pandemic are also receiving about $4,200 a month in unemployment benefits.

The US government is paying $600 a week of those costs, and if Congress decides to pay the underlying unemployment benefit so the non-profits (we're talking most about churches here) won't have to, that's just one more cost. They seem in a generous mood currently.
