The government had no right to interview Flynn and even if he lied it wouldn’t matter:
Of course it did, and yes, it does matter. Flynn, OTH, did not have the right to lie.

"The Dismissal of General Flynn Indictment"
That isn't a dismissal; it's a request to dismiss, and should be ignored by the judge.
