That has nothing to do with anything. Most Republicans understand that Trump is not very well liked around the Bush era people, nor by establishment Republicans like Romney and others. They would have done anything not to have him elected. But once the people spoke with their votes and elected Trump, the GOP fell into line for the most part, except for folks like Romney. Trump defeated two dynasties...the Bush's and the Clinton's...to become the President. That is a fact. And they hate him for it.
