this is the kind of breakout we/you need to see when there is a strong resistnace (for mkt or stocks)..

for example like APCO: once you saw that it was having problems breaking into new highs, then you know it's in trouble. if it needs to break to new highs for apco, it needs to BLOW right by..

no hesitation breakout, i call it.
it needs to close above resistance
it needs to stay above 2 consecutive days
and preferrably on good volume.
