A coordinated response from a thoughtful leader would have made a difference. I think President George W. Bush would have handled it better, and I am no fan. It is very much a case of getting what you voted for, but now you are paying. But the question remains, who did it? While the virus raged the United States embarked on a plan. What word does the whistle blower use, "invest". We know about bad investments here on SI. We have seen a lot of that. On whose medical authority did the US rely? I understand that millions upon millions of doses of HCQ were the investment. So who authorized the investment? Who was the medical authority? Donald Doc <tweet> quack said he didn't get the email so who decided. But far more importantly, when did they decide to invest? Who knew when?
