I'd be especially interested in knowing why the financing was done through an overseas company. It may be very innocent, but then again it dosen't make much finance common sense given the low rates currently available here! Very bullish on FAMH's future, but some of their promotion and finance tactics seem a little questionable without hearing their reasons for doing them. Looking forward to hearing an explination for using a foreign source for the financing.
