Chip, while I was gone for vacation, a friend of mine made a trade for me in WFR. I requested him to buy on Dec 31st and sell on January 2nd - regardless of the price. It was a "January" effect play. He got about 9/16th out of the trade - a good one for 2 day holding. Other than that, I haven't been paying close attention to WFR. Clearly the company is facing over capacity and pricing pressures. They wouldn't admit it, though. However, on paper it looks like a value play. The key is to see a turn-around ahead. I don't see one. But... if the recent lows are tested succesfully, I think we can make a long trade towards 17.
Are you still planning a trip to India soon? Come March it gets very hot in India. Don't tell me I didn't warn you. -g-
