I've never said this wasn't serious. It is very serious. However, our reaction to it has been all out of proportion to whom it is serious to. As I've said repeatedly, which summarizes what we know about this virus scientifically, is that it attacks the old, and people with heart and lung issues. 99% of those who have died are in these categories. The rest of the population will get over it. We never should have shut down the economy.

What people like you have done in support of these extreme measures is created a much bigger problem than the original Wuhan Virus problem. A good metaphor for what you have done is that you were driving a car and you ran a red light and hit a pedestrian. That's bad, but maybe if you'd stopped and called 911, he may have survived. Instead, you decided to hit and run and the victim died on the scene for lack of medical care. So you took the first disaster and turned it into a bigger disaster. That's what we've done here. The Wuhan Virus was a disaster. Our reaction took that disaster and multiplied it many times. Our response was not logical. It was complete idiocy. Those who continue to support this idiocy are simple minded and incapable of thinking in nuanced, more complex terms. You are one of those people.
