In order to qualify for the TSE listing we would need to complete another financing. We have been planning to do that as I expect significant new business to develop which will require such financing. Until our stock price improves, however, the dillution would be unfair to the present shareholders who are looking at the long term growth. We will see how things look over the next few months, hopefully we will attract some attention to move the stock up where it makes sense to do the financing.
