Spoke to a rep @ Zweig. While purchase of penny stocks is not specifically outlawed, stategically, they stay away from volatile plays. Nothing new there.

I asked to speak to a fund manager, but was told (again, nothing new) that they could not discuss it. It is considered insider info. Portfolios are published on a semi-annual basis...yadda, yadda, yadda...

So how do you know what you know?
