John Bollinger on CNBC saying that the oils are making the market appear in much worse shape than it is and one shouldn't expect much from the oils this year.The bear market will continue for the oil service stocks he says.

I'm at a loss.Dow up over 100,oil back near 17,and good earnings in the last 2 weeks(only a couple missing) and yet we're still down.
I think traders think that the Iraq thing is temporary and oil will be back down again after it blows over,even if we bomb them.I don't know what it takes anymore.
