It is the responsibility of Judges and State legislatures, as well as Congress to provide a check and balance against State over reach. It is always possible for a Governor or Mayor to issue an edict that contravenes our Constitutional Rights. That is when we can and should engage in peaceful acts of civil disobedience, as the Texas Salon owner did. In addition, I saw a video of a bunch of people on the boardwalk of a beach in San Diego with cops manning the beaches and threatening them with arrest if they stepped foot on the beach. Then a lady ran onto the beach with an American Flag in her hand and they took her down and proceeded to arrest her. Then the multitudes ran onto the beach, leaving the police bewildered as to what to do next. This is protest at its finest. It's not about the beach. It is about pushing back on the totalitarian impulses of the Democrats, who are now well known to be Communists. This slippery slope cannot be allowed to stand. It is a fear based response, which I have demonstrated with CDC data on this thread, and it will lead to the implementation of a Communist Dictatorship. Democrats are the on the front lines to lead this country in that direction. That is why, although I have voted on both sides of the aisle and am registered Unaffiliated, I will be voting for Trump in November. I will never knowingly vote for a Communist. Today, a vote for Biden is a vote for the Democratic Communists. You have all made that so abundantly clear, that we can no longer pretend otherwise.
