Sure Armstrong may have been guilty. But his client base globally consists of very powerful people. So doubtful. In 84-85 Armstrong had built most advanced (still is?) computer model regarding currencies-markets on planet earth. In 98-99 government, big banks, wall street wanted to buy his computer code. He couldn't be bought, as with Trump, and look what They've done to (world leader) him in 1,2,3,4 years. Believe he was put in prison for contempt of court. Maximum sentence 18 months.
