Dave i saw your post and that is not the mandarin, i will be back later and post regarding some of those old news releases( thank god Noram is not involved as you know caracaus was not dedicated as a tourist area, the only gambling in caracus is the Lottery.)

I agree with your general statement. However, I think that there is a strong probability that the currency will eventually be devalued. While this may cut NRAGs profits, I don't think that it should have a major impact on the long term prospects for the company. What is worrying me now, is that NRAG released a number of weak press releases- our hired gun thinks this is a great project(what a shock), we hired a firm to help MA and JVs. With all the previous releases about the LVTs, why the silence, especially given their previous pattern. If something is wrong, they owe it to their shareholders to get out the news. All this talk of a quiet period is missing the point. When companies know they have bad news, they often pre-announce- even during quiet periods.
