The activity in TLK looks really good. I watched the BID/ASK ratios today and was impressed by the large block volume. For instance, near the end of the day 250,000 shares were on the ASK side at $8. These were gobbled up quickly by the bell. This indicates the big plaayers are back in because only big money can buy these volumes. Also, I think the Japanese are finally taking a leadership role in the region. Look for increased help from the Japanese. I think the Rhuppia should recover to about 10,000 to the dollar, then steadily improve, more slowly though, to about 7000/dollar by March. The currency strengthening alone should push TLK to about 11 - 12. I think the currency traders finally convinced Suharto that failure to reform would mean disaster.
