Dividend play may fuel suckers rally!!!

Dividends are going to stock holders as of 2/10/98 payable in march, I am looking for this to be the motivation for a suckers rally!

Between now and then look for a dip with a lot of volume, maybe as low as 92?

Ride the wave of a short term rally, then get out!
