The article correctly points out the pitfalls in extrapolating the results in Sweden to other countries. Sweden has world class healthcare, while the United States has expensive healthcare. In the U.S. the quality of your healthcare is mostly determined by your employer or your personal wealth. If you are rich or you work for an elite corporation you may have great healthcare. Otherwise, probably not.
